No Refund, No Return Policy:

We at GISEI Media strive to provide you with the best products and reading experience. As each copy of the GISEI manga is a unique and individual creation, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase. In the event of any issues or concerns regarding your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, kindly contact our customer support team at inquiry@giseimedia.com, and we will do our best to address the situation promptly.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

We at GISEI Manga value our customers, including those within the European Union (EU). As a part of our commitment to providing a positive customer experience, we comply with the EU's Consumer Rights Directive, which grants consumers a 14-day cooling-off period for certain purchases.

This cooling-off period allows EU customers to return their purchased the GISEI manga within 14 days of receiving the item. During this time, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason. However, it is essential to note that this cooling-off period only applies to purchases made by EU residents and is subject to the following conditions:

1. The cooling-off period starts from the day the customer receives the GISEI manga.

2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing via email to returns@gisei-manga.com within the 14-day period, clearly stating your intention to withdraw from the purchase.

3. The manga must be in its original, unopened condition with no signs of use, damage, or wear.

4. The cost of returning the manga to our designated return address is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Once we receive the returned manga and verify that it meets the conditions for withdrawal, we will process the refund for the purchase amount within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned item.

Please be aware that this cooling-off period does not apply to digital content, such as e-books, that are not supplied on a physical medium. Additionally, personalized or customized manga copies, once confirmed by the customer, are exempt from the cooling-off period.

Outside of the EU cooling-off period, all sales of the GISEI manga are considered final, and our standard No Refund, No Return Policy applies.
